Learning Agreement

The Learning Agreement is one of the most important documents of your Erasmus+ stay.

In the Learning Agreement you list the courses you would like to attend at the host university as well as the courses you want to have them recognised for at the University of Vienna. The Learning Agreement must subsequently be signed by three parties (student, SPL, host university).

The reimbursement threshold for the mobility grant depends on the duration of your stay but consists of at least 3 recognised ECTS credits per study month abroad (only the ECTS recognised by the University of Vienna count!). Please note that the host university may additionally have own minimum or maximum requirements regarding the course load.

Deadlines: The Learning Agreement is directly created as well as processed in Mobility Online and must also be digitally confirmed by your SPL (by the communicated deadline at the latest). Therefore, please keep in mind to release your Learning Agreement for signature by the SPL(s) in time. Before the start of your Erasmus+ stay (but two weeks after the start of your stay at the latest), the Learning Agreement must also be signed by your host university.
