Main application round

for the academic year 2025/26

Bewteen mid-January and the beginning of March, students can apply for an Erasmus+ spot for the academic year 2025/26 (winter semester, summer semester). It is not possible to apply outside the application round, without exception.

Application deadline: 05 March 2025

Second application round

for the summer semester 2026

Students who want to undertake an Erasmus+ exchange in the summer semester 2026 can apply for any remaining spots between mid-September and the beginning of October. It is not possible to apply outside the application round, without exception. Please note that only few spots are offered during the second application round.

Application deadline: 05 October 2025

Please note that earlier application deadlines may apply depending on your department - please contact your department for more detailed information. It is absolutely not possible to submit applications after 05.March (for the main application round) and 05.October (for the second application round).
