Change of placement

A change of internship placement and a transfer of Erasmus+ funding to a new internship position are not possible. Please contact the International Office before terminating your internship to obtain information about how to proceed.

Extension of stay

Extensions of the Erasmus+ scholarship are not possible. An extension of the individual stay without an extension of the Erasmus+ status is at the discretion of the student.

The end of your stay

At the end of your Erasmus+ traineeship you must take the following steps:

  • Submission of the required documents
  • Fill in the Erasmus+ Participant Report (EU survey = fill in a report in a EU platform, the link will be provided by e-mail)
  • Submission of the notification of recognition or transcript of records (only applies to compulsory traineeships)
  • Submission of proof for top-ups (if relevant)
  • Checking of Diploma Supplement upon completing your studies

We will contact you by e-mail about four weeks before the end of your stay with information about the precise procedure at the end of your stay.
