Change of placement

Under certain circumstances it is possible to change placements. Please enquire at the International Office about the possibility of changing your placement before leaving your receiving institution.

Extension of stay

Extensions from the acadamic year 2023/24 onwards

Extensions of the Erasmus+ scholarship are not possible. An extension of the individual stay without an extension of the Erasmus+ status is at the discretion of the student.

The end of your stay

At the end of your Erasmus+ traineeship you must take the following steps:

  • Submission of the required documents
  • Fill in the Erasmus+ Participant Report (EU survey = fill in a report in a EU platform, the link will be provided by e-mail)
  • Submission of the notification of recognition or transcript of records (only applies to compulsory traineeships)
  • Submission of your university diploma (only applies for traineeships for recent graduates)
  • Submission of proof for top-ups (if relevant)
  • Checking of Diploma Supplement upon completing your studies

We will contact you by e-mail about four weeks before the end of your stay with information about the precise procedure at the end of your stay.
