Mobility Online Troubleshooting
Most problems occur while trying to log in to Mobility Online because a wrong link or login window is being used or the username is not entered correctly. If you do encounter problems with the login, please pay attention to the following:
- Your username always starts with a lower case letter.
- Your password for Mobility Online is your u:account password, which you also use for logging in to u:space. You cannot change or reset your password with the “Forgot your password”-button.
- For the login, please use the links sent to you via e-mail. (Exception: the registration link can only be used once!)
- You cannot use the upper login window to log in to Mobility Online. Please use the link, which you can find below the heading Incomings and students of the University of Vienna.
If you do encounter problems with the subsequent login (e.g. if you have already created an application, but still end up on the online form for creating an application), please close all browser windows or use a different browser (e.g. Google Chrome).
