The ASEA-European Academic University Network (ASEA UNINET) is a network supported by Austria which initiates and promotes research collaborations with universities in South-East Asian countries.
Universities in Europe and South-East Asia are members of ASEA UNINET (link in the menu on the right-hand side under partner universities):

Through ASEA-UNINET, visits abroad by scientists and prae-docs are funded within approved research projects. The network provides opportunities to implement transnational projects and programmes.

Funding from ASEA-UNINET makes it possible to undertake joint projects with one of our partner universities in South-East Asia, to undertake education and training in a specific field of work, to give blocks of lectures as a sort of short-term guest lecturer and to finance training courses, workshops and excursions.

Next application deadline: Fall 2019
